A bar/restaurant that offers a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes for lunches and brunches, often mixing them together to create new combinations of taste, culture, and fusions. They use fresh, organic and local products when possible, with some exceptions for some fair-trade products. The recipes change everyday according to seasonality.

They propose bio and fair-trade catering for events and meetings and they also offer take-away with sustainable delivery, using an e-bike, within 2 km from the restaurant!
